Pastor Jordan Blann was elected Lead Pastor of Pine Bluff First Assembly in February 2025. With over 15 years in ministry and 7 as a head pastor, he brings strong leadership and a deep passion for seeing lives changed by the gospel.

He and his wife, Natalie, are raising two energetic boys, Rocky and Grizzly, and share a strong commitment to foster care and serving others. Pastor Blann is passionate about discipleship and helping people grow in their faith. Whether preaching or in conversation, he teaches God’s Word with clarity and compassion.

Rev. Pat Hart has been part of the Pine Bluff First Assembly family since 1972 and has faithfully served on our pastoral team since August 1996. Before stepping into full-time ministry, Pastor Pat was a dedicated educator. She holds an undergraduate degree in English and a Master’s in Pastoral Counseling.

As our Care Pastor, she oversees counseling, hospital visits, and serves as Director of our Sunday School program. Whether she’s walking alongside someone through a difficult season or leading a Bible study with clarity and conviction, Pastor Pat points people to the hope and truth found in Jesus Christ.

We’re incredibly thankful for her leadership and her unwavering commitment to the ministry of care and teaching.

Pastors Kevin and Holly DeYoung joined the Pine Bluff First Assembly team in January 2024. Before becoming pastors they served as Chi Alpha missionaries to Arkansas Tech University for 7 years. Their experience in campus ministry continues to shape their approach to youth and young adult discipleship—authentic, Spirit-led, and grounded in God’s Word.

They are proud parents to three amazing kids—Olivia, Nolan, and Hollis—who are already growing in their own love for Jesus and His Church.

In addition to leading our Youth Ministry, Kevin also plays a vital role in our media ministry and helps guide our Young Adults ministry.

Teresa Haustien has been part of Pine Bluff First Assembly her entire life. Since joining the staff team in 1995, she has been a steady and faithful presence, serving with excellence, kindness, and a deep love for the people of this church.

She’s the first face you see when you walk into the church office and the friendly voice on the other end of the phone. Behind the scenes, she’s the one helping keep everything running smoothly.

Teresa is an essential part of what makes Pine Bluff First Assembly feel like family. Her dedication to the mission of the church and her love for God’s people shines through in every detail she touches.
